2.一臺倉壁振動器的振動力傳遞范圍為（4~5）m，用戶可根據料倉的大小確定每個料倉應安裝的臺數。安裝部位周長小于4米的安裝1臺裝置即可，大于4米的每隔4~6米安裝1臺。

5.焊接前應檢查裝置的底板與料倉側壁是否貼合緊密。貼縫間隙應小于1mm，否則應對底板進行校正。

6.焊接后應有消除焊接應力的措施，如對焊接部分局部加溫，逐漸冷卻或連續重復敲擊焊縫等。

7.倉壁振動器中的振動電動機與臺架采用螺栓連接。安裝時應牢固可靠，并有防松措施。

本表是按料倉上端被固定，下部為游離狀態的結構計算的，故不適用于在料倉上下均勻被固定著的結構。
